Payment

All orders require payment in full prior to pick up or shipping. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Packing, Shipping and Installation are not included unless stated otherwise by

Devonshire ®.

Sales Tax

Devonshire® is obligated to collect state sales tax on property which is collected at or

delivered within the state of Florida. If shipment are sent outside of Florida, sales tax

will not be charged.

Custom Orders

Custom Orders are non-cancellable, non-returnable and non-refundable. All custom

orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit, at the time of order being placed and the

remain balance is due upon completion and before shipping.

Availability

At Devonshire of Palm Beach , we go out of our way to select the unique and distinctive

merchandise. Please understand that many of our featured items are offered in limited

quantities, and most of the items are one of a kind, and, because of their limited

availability, stock can’t be refreshed ( Except some itens ) . That means once an item is

gone, it may be gone for good and not appear on the website again. When an item is

sold, we make every attempt to remove that item from the website in a timely manner.

Returns

Our items are hand selected and all sales are final. If for any reason you are not

completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a flexible return policy to make things

right. Return Policy:

* You have 30 days from the date of delivery/ pick up to initiate a return for any reason.

* The product must be in the condition you bought it .

* Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable

* To initiate a return, please contact us via email

* Once we receive the product and verify that it is in good condition, we will issue a

refund to the original payment method.

* If you want to return a piece after 1 month of the purchase date we will issue a credit

note to spend in the store.

* We strive to make the return process as easy and hassle-free as possible. If you have

Delivery Options

Once you have approved our quote regarding your purchase and shipping quote you

may select between one of the following options:

Delivery Service

Curbside Delivery hours are between 10 am and 5 pm, Monday through Saturday.,

excluding holidays. You will be contacted directly by the shipping company regarding

timelines and payment collection.

Depending on the size and location of the item purchased, we can offer a delivery

service, for a fee or recommend some delivery companies.

The delivery company will call to schedule your appointment. All delivery dates are

approximate and depend on availability and transportation requirements. Rest assured

all oversized items will be handled with care, as delivery fee includes packing, crating

or blanket wrap service, insurance, and unloading of your freight to the curbside. This

service does not include unpacking and placement of product.

White Glove Delivery Service

White Glove Delivery Service hours are between 9 am and 5 pm, Monday through

Friday, excluding holidays. You will be contacted directly by the shipping company

regarding timelines and payment collection.

The delivery company will call to schedule your appointment. Rest assured all

oversized items will be handled with care, as delivery fees include the following:

packing or crating, insurance, door-to-door service, and indoor/upstairs placement

(two-flight maximum). When appropriate this service will include unpacking, debris

removal. White Glove Service will add to the delivery cost.

Shipping

We can ship within the US and globally via a third party. Purchased items are expertly

packed and insured. Since rates are based on weights, please call for a shipping

quote and to discuss the best shipping option. All shipments are made via a common

carrier of your choice. If you do not have a carrier of choice, Devonshire® will assist in

a recommendation/quote request. Packing, crating, insurance, delivery method and

installation will be an agreement between you and the carrier you select. Quotes may

vary by choice of carrier, services requested and final destination address.

We carefully inspect each piece prior to shipment, we also require your inspection and

signature upon delivery. In case of any damage, please note it on the bill of lading and

kindly contact the shipping company directly.

Small and fragile items, mostly in-stock products ship within 24 hours of ordering via

UPS Ground, Fedex Ground and Freight (2nd day and standard overnight options are

available at an additional cost); however, some orders may take up to 48 hours to

process. Please note that items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same

day. You will be will be provided an approximate date of shipment. We are unable to

ship to PO Boxes.
